SIZE
100,000 sqft - 300,000 sqft
The Ivy Station Office building engages a new public park and transit plaza in the center of Culver City’s transit district and forms a strong urban edge along Venice Boulevard. The building features +200,000 sf of creative office space on four levels that sit above 25,000 sf of ground-level retail and restaurant space, with ample subterranean parking below. The building is thoughtfully amenitized: roll-up doors open the interiors to views of the park below and provide natural ventilation, allowing flexible indoor-outdoor spaces on all levels. An outdoor lobby atrium offers “living rooms in the sky”: furnished lounge areas dispersed across floors that create a vertical amenity zone and takes advantage of the mild Southern California climate. The building culminates in a generous open-air deck on the 5th level accessible from an external sculptural feature stair.
