The Ivy Hairdressing project in Parramatta is a testament to our innovative and cost-conscious approach in transforming a space that seamlessly marries functionality and aesthetics. At its heart, this project is characterized by the graceful incorporation of fluid geometries, enriching the spatial flow and infusing the salon with a delicate and feminine ambiance.
In the face of financial constraints, our strategy revolves around the preservation of the beloved existing red brick wall, expertly interwoven with contemporary elements such as a tactile concrete texture wall and a daring black ceiling that exposes conduits. The central element, featuring fluid geometry, serves as the key form, effortlessly connecting all elements within the space.
This fusion of bygone and modern design elements creates a distinctive industrial harmony, safeguarding the intrinsic character of the original space while infusing it with the allure of today's design trends.
Fundamentally, the Ivy Hairdressing project is a testament to the art of equilibrium. It revolves around the harmonious coexistence of the vintage and the new, the soft and the characterful. The end result is a welcoming, cost-effective, and visually captivating environment that caters to the comfort and delight of both customers and staff. This unique blend promises to provide an unforgettable and inviting experience, perfectly exemplifying the concept of being "soft but full of character."
