The site is located in the Unguja Island, Zanzibar. Unguja is the first largest and most touristic island of The Zanzibar Archipelago.
The plot is situated in the South-eastern side of this island, between the two villages of Bwejuu and Dongwe (The Shehia of Bwejuu, Southern District, Southern region of the Unguja Island).
From the east, It faces the Indian Ocean, the Bwejuu Michamvi Road from the West, the Khatib Mbaraka Plot from the South and the property related to the locals from the North. Furthermore, it is 6.09 hectares large and has a West-to-East slope, meaning that the West side of the plot is about 14 meters higher than the East side of the plot.
Design Strategy :
Adding a deck has caused construction to be hidden in the landscape. and merging Local architecture to an artificial hill made a new skyline for this context. Eco-friendly in sync of nature and native life helped us to have MODERN- TRADITIONAL responsibility.
