Project
description. The whole building is divided by functions: office social part and
industrial sector (production warehouse) and composed of two buildings.
Three-storey office part contains social rooms for employees on the ground
floor. Conference room is located on the first floor, the last storey is
allocated for employees flats. Major communication for the whole building was
based on steel outside stairs which are continuation of the front facade.
Construction of both buildings was determined by industrial warehouse
structure.
Conception.
The building was created taking a great care of design and architectural
attractiveness. We succeeded in making an industrial building interesting and
atypical thanks to usage of high quality materials, specific lightning and
playing with colours on the facade intensive orange and gray. The building
seems to be "detached" from the ground by moving back the nearest
storey. It gives an impression of lightness strengthened by horizontal aluminum
blinds used on outside staircase. Characteristic lightening gives during night
and day an impression of splitting the building into two different objects
night-object becomes a negative of the same building seen in daylight.
