A variety of spacial units were developed in order to provide a variation of programmatic needs throughout the project. These different spacial conditions were then gradually distributed along an aggregation. The topology of the aggregation was based upon a diagrammatic study of site conditions, specifically the circulation paths of inhabitants on the site. The project aims to project into the urban fabric, causing a programmatic blur between public square and opera house. The flexibility of the unit allows for such a blur between interior and exterior conditions.
