Located in Yashwanthpur, near famous ISKCON temple, one of the famous religious landmarks in Bangalore, ” ISKCON view” condos houses 232 condos over 30 floors with a combination of 3 & 4 bedroom apartments with optimised space, daylight & views.
The challenge was to present most of the units with a temple view. The master plan thus evolved around the temple view concept with the tower was thus placed at the extreme end of the land to take advantage of the view for 75% of the units. The swimming pool positioned at the facade of the tower doubles as a reflection pool for the tower itself. All the units are designed on basis of “ Vaastu”, a prevalent architecture design technique of ancient India.
