Ipro, a global leader in the development of advanced software solutions, needed a new work environment and culture that supported creativity and embraced collaboration. Ipro put much importance on their new space and brand in support of the individuals that make the company successful, a space that enhances performance, inspires and increases satisfaction. An old warehouse space a block away from the light rail in Tempe was selected. Windows were added at the perimeter, the ceilings were left as exposed structure with floating unique shaped ceilings added to increase interest. A central open meeting space dubbed “the church” was built as a freestanding octagonal shape and a more private space was formed with curved interconnecting walls, the “red light district”. The break-room was placed in the back, by the roll up doors and the mezzanine above was converted into the “Ipro bar”.
Overall, the design concept reinforces Ipro as the global leaders in development of advance software solutions.
