This Project is located at Floresta no. 20 Colonia Clavería, Delegación Azcapotzalco México D.F. and is a Project for the Pan-American Institute of High-Level Business Administration.A solid building integrated into the area of the former Claveria hacienda, where the solid dominates openings, which at a rate of 1 to 2 relates to the openings in the walls of the former hacienda.Vehicle access is framed by a stone wall from the old hacienda. Parking consists of four parking basements on half levels with a 350 space capacity.Inside it is made up of a distribution vestibule with a large vault 6 meters tall which seems to be suspended by the abundant zenith light penetrating the 3.60 diameter dome which highlights the sculpted elements of this space.There are two halls around the vestibule, one having a 90-person
capacity and the main one having a 360-person capacity, both with good isoptics
and ample height. The cafeteria is
also linked to the vestibule and has vaults and bright colors in order for the
space and the views of the former hacienda area to be fully enjoyed.
