The project proposes an 11-apartment building with four levels, situated in the de-structured housing zone behind the high block screening alongside Calea Mosilor boulevard. The volume has been designed so it does not compromise the ergonomic rectangular shape and comfort of the apartments' interior spaces, but offers a coherent and dynamic exterior image. Thus the facades' composition that takes on the specific angular shape of the given site is assembled using the balconies' geometry and a translucent white mesh, custom designed, that dresses up the volume in a cloudlike manner. Considering the unpredictable future of the neighboring urban context, the mesh aims to visually protect the apartments' generous balconies, without diminishing the interior spaces' illumination.
