Interocean's corporate office building in the heart of South Delhi will house more than 200 occupants. The new office building signifies the company's long history and strives to achieve a time-less design through simple yet bold expression. The design conveys the message; 'we have arrived'. The building's contemporary and clean facade is a juxtaposition of heavy mass suspended over light glass and aluminum storefront at the double height ground floor level. The elevator and stair tower breaks the natural stone clad massing and rises over the building.
The superstructure of the building is now complete and Merge Studio is currently working with local teams and vendors to finish the construction. We anticipate completion of the construction by summer of 2014.
