The architectural idea for this complex of dwellings, offices and apartments consist of simple and clear rhombic composition in plan separating inside court from transport highways. Two-toped silhouette creates new looks of a building from different parts of the City of Yerevan.The front structure changes from simple square grid of apartments to rhombic grid for offices and triangular one for the pyramid of the Inter Continental Hotel.
