If you drive up
from the east, this house will appear suddenly like a welcome surprise. You can
see the spatial axis which is outgoing to rocky promontory in the sea. This
axis is the base of the composition both the site and the house. The House the Bird
is spreading its wings and flying up to see details of landscape: blue expanse of
the overflow pools, the islands of green, the ornate pattern of the promenade area
and needles of the wind-catchers. The composition is crowned by the direct terrace
arisen above the land and the water leading to lighthouse-rotunda.
Volume
The sun, the sea
and the island are the basic parameters which definite the character of the house.
The nature doesn't like the monotony thus all details of the house designed in unique
style with the main idea of the space’s transferring

entrance the house spreads its wings inviting to come in, where there are
