It 's a villa of 200 sqm on two floors built in the late 60's in the province of Parma. The restructuring has involved on the living area on the ground floor. Looking for clean lines, a detailed use of materials and harmonious coexistence of contemporary design objects and antiques have marked this posting. The need to relocate two antique chandeliers (Genova 1600),previously located in two separate rooms, has led to a solution based on contrasts and duality. In fact, we decided to combine the two large chandeliers and combine two large tables of contemporary design (Cassina Boboli). Various types of lighting fixtures, halogen, fluorescent and incandescent mark the locations and uses of individual rooms. The wood flooring has been retained; the floors of kitchen, bathroom and staircase leading to the sleeping quarters were made of colored resin. Walls and ceilings are finished with enamel finish.
