This is a spatial rendering of an interactive art installation.
The design narrative is based on Jean Genet’s
one-act play, The Maids. The maquette presented here
proposes a future product not as an isolated object but
as an extension of literary and performance themes
within a museum gallery or theater lobby. Audiences,
before and after the play will encounter similar interior
settings and motifs related to the play. The physical
constructs integrate multi-media technologies with interactive
sound and video, combining the actor’s performances
with visual metaphors and images of the visitors
in the installation.
