Interactive facade
To let the cinema be
attractive, the new design for the façade of the Pushkinsky cinema should not
be passive and static. People should be warned and attracted by the cinema and
new movies that are going to be presented.
The design includes a
technique to achieve this: A mixture of movie-posters and squarescenes is
presented on the façade. People walking on the square see themselves ánd new
movies, so that an interactive, continuously changing facade has been created.
The façade changes with
the amount of visitors on the square in front of the cinema, when a new movie
premiere is on the evening program, the façade will be filled with scenes of
people visiting this movie. The façade attracts people crossing the square by
showing new movies on large screens.
