GKV Architects has done design work for this financial services and insurance company in a variety of different locations in the tri-state area, including this Midtown Manhattan office located on 6th Avenue. The client had previously acquired six floors of the building prior to taking the additional floor that makes up this project. The program includes general office and workstation space, private offices, conferencing space, a pantry and support spaces. The design features a neutral color palette of greys with a pop of the tenant's distinct corporate identity color.
