The access to the downtown area is good, and the site exists in the place where the atmosphere of the calm residential area lives together with convenience.
The neighborhood is lined with houses, but there is no neighboring building because three contact with a road. Each dwelling unit located it while valuing the sense of distance with the neighborhood to become the corner room. And I provided a spacious terrace.
