Daylight, Energy! The gravitational center of the building revolves around the central atrium, with workspaces widely illuminated by a cover glass tensioned cables and a mixed structure to form high energy efficiency, plus an integrated landscaping, providing the necessary environmental comfort.
Rio de Janeiro is represented by the massive silhouette of Pedra Branca and Tijuca, delineated by several texts in the facades of the ground floor, brand of our city. Retro lit, it will shape a new architecture night. Symbolically, the city cut by the verb.
During the project development it was added one more property, number 13 of the Clementino Fraga. Historic mansion, the painter Aurélio de Figueiredo's studio built in 1910, recovered to its facade and volume, is integrated to the preliminarily designed building. Another challenge we had the privilege to live and solve.
