Design for a private house in Bavel nearby Breda in the Netherlands.
The front elevation is designed as two white boxes on top of each other but the second floor slightly backwards to create depth. The entrance is pushed in slightly and is cladded with vertical wooden planks.
The interior is industrial with polished concrete monolithic floors, black aluminium windows with lots of glass and natural daylight, and a big overdimensioned black steel frame supporting 2 roofs.
The ground floor is designed as a big open living space but with different levels for floors and ceilings creating an open space but with visual separated areas for cooking, dining and living.
