The concept of the territory development was created in the workshop of
outstanding Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill – a renowned urbanist with a
great practical experience of creating unique and expressive social
housing architecture based on methods of industrial house-building.
Bofill’s concept, typical for his individual style, is distinguished by
the clarity and elegance of proportions forming the basis for
development of both the architecture of the buildings and town-planning
solutions of the residential district.
The project provides for a complex approach to development of territories including:
–– ecological rehabilitation;
–– bringing enterprises off the limits of the development area;
–– conversion of existing high-voltage transmission lines into cable lines;
–– construction of residential buildings;
–– construction of all the necessary social infrastructure facilities
including 4 secondary schools, 8 preschool institutions, a number of
polyclinics for adults and children, construction of office buildings,
shops, etc., establishment of recreation zones, public spaces, sports
grounds, pedestrian paths and bicycle lanes, comfortable parking areas.text by ZAOINTECO.RU
