The project is located in the Kaunas city area, which is dedicated to the development of innovative science and business and infrastructure.
Architecture and functionality
The project maximises the use of the existing building space and its overall size, creating an additional almost 4000 sqm of total building area, which will be used for low-emission production and its development. The interior of the building has been designed to be comfortable for operations - while retaining the essential details of a hangar building - which create a distinctive interior.
Inside the building, the possibility is created to accommodate five different businesses, with the possibility of redesigning the spaces according to the needs of the occupants.
Outside the building, there are recreational areas for those working or visiting the building, convenient access, new transport infrastructure, parking spaces, bicycle paths.
