H+L was selected to Provide Master site and Campus Planning for the highway 52, Frederick, Colorado site, now called Indian Peaks Medical Center. This is a joint venture between two Health systems, Longmont United and Poudre Valley. Following the completion of the Campus and Site Master Planning study in 2011, H+L Architecture began work on the new $25 million dollar Indian Peaks Medical Center. The site takes up 70 acres north of Colorado Highway 52 and east of Interstate 25. The first phase is a two-story building with doctor's offices, and examination and procedure rooms on the first floor and medical office space on the second. Each level is 18,000 SF. Four phases are planned altogether, though a specific timeline has not been laid out for the next three.
