iNautix Office, Pune
iNautix office is designed as a highly agile workspace for the company. As a creative software development centre, the interiors are shaped to reflect speed, vibrancy, and high energy.
The central theme of speed and efficiency is interpreted in two ways. First, by optimising employee performance, and second, through the character of the interiors. A two-lane jogging track runs through the space, symbolising the company’s focus on efficiency and continuous movement. Openness and transparency are achieved by minimising visual barriers, reinforcing the organisation’s emphasis on collaboration and connectivity.
A balance between focused work and collaboration is created through a variety of semi-formal meeting zones. Employees can choose to sit informally in the arena, designed as an open-air theatre, or use high bar stools for quick interactions and touchpoints.
The spatial layout includes a mix of workstation types such as linear desks, organic layouts, hot desks, and fluid tables, forming interconnected clusters that support dynamic work patterns.
The jogging track also functions as a continuous circulation path, connecting different zones while introducing an element of play. Columns are encased in glass and used as interactive brainstorming surfaces with writable panels and integrated LED screens. The centrally located arena, with tiered seating, acts as a key gathering space for meetings and events, supported by large interactive screens for global connectivity.
The work environment is carefully balanced through sound and light strategies. Acoustic ceilings are used in work areas to control noise, while exposed ceilings in quieter zones enhance spatial openness and utilise available height.
The iNautix Pune office creates a dynamic environment for a young, global organisation, where speed, efficiency, and collaboration come together to support both work and play.
