🌳 In den Nussgärten 4–6 – Bad Nauheim

Elevated Living in a Quiet Setting
Set in the Nieder-Mörlen district of Bad Nauheim, “In den Nussgärten” introduces a refined residential concept consisting of 15 high-end condominiums spread across three thoughtfully placed buildings. Surrounded by greenery and shaped by clear architecture, this development offers a calm yet connected place to live.
Each apartment — ranging from around 100 to 165 m² — is designed with generous layouts, natural light, and elegant finishes, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and livable.
A Modern Classic
Architecturally, the buildings combine traditional gable roofs with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. The interplay of classic forms and contemporary materials results in a balanced look — one that feels rooted in place, yet forward-thinking.
This subtle but distinctive design approach was central to the visual story developed by gmsvision.
Visualization with Atmosphere
To bring the architecture to life, gmsvision produced a series of photorealistic 3D renderings, both interior and exterior. The visuals were created to communicate more than just structure — they reveal light, mood, and materiality, giving potential buyers a real sense of what life here could feel like.
Whether for digital brochures, sales exposés, or web platforms, the imagery plays a key role in presenting the development in its best light — long before ground was broken.
