IMT Residential needed a fresh look for their Tuscany Bay community amenities center and DSA helped with this transformation. This included taking their dated clubhouse and creating a clean, contemporary look for the sales office along with updates to the gym with an added children’s play area. DSA also converted an old conference room into a stylish new business center and redesigned the outdoor bar into a screened in sitting area. The amenities center is now a much more functional space for the residents and the staff.
