The primary demand of client was designing facade of the building in the residential context,so this facade break the connection between inside and outside then we decide to change it.as far as our building located in a residential context we have decided to accumulate single unit houses as a new office definition that reach to hetrogen cotext .The rows of neighbor’s yard spread to building and this make a new define of relation between inside and outside.
The formation and development of homogeneous feature of courtyard in the spatial organization system of the house is the result of a series of structural and spatial features, in a fashion that the homogeneous components including courtyard, have become a part of the whole in an integrated whole and in an incomplete form, and despite the continuous relationship of open, semi-open and closed spaces through topological relations and virtual thresholds, the relationship between all spaces and also courtyards are facilitated. Overall, despite the structural centrality in the house and having unified relationships with their peripheral elements, courtyard develops spatial homogeneity through virtual borders and creates a comprehensive and continuous pattern in the system of traditional houses of Iran. In fact, the house as the smallest unit of the comprehensive urban planning system of Iran is a part of the integrated and homogeneous urban model which develops spatial flux pattern from urban organization system to the smallest urban unit. This pattern could be extended to all urban physical elements and represents a comprehensive pattern in the whole system of traditional Iranian architecture.
physical or sensual links between inside and outside must be defined in some way that can charateize unique indentity of each space and also establish proper interaction in whole architectural space. This proper interaction can create sense of consistency and integrity between this two spatial realms and furthermore express a link and boundary that if it is developed causes to creation another space that it is not inside or outside but it poses some character of each kind ;this ambiguous moment of spatial experience, with focus as a connection between inside and outside, can be named “in -between” .If in-between convert from a surface to space can prevent passing throuth a sudden transition and by creation a spatila pause can establish a proper continuation that allows to perrceive differentition between this two and also unique character of their connection. This in-between space builds an opportunity for understanding the indenity and special features of place.
