Ignea 09 was born as a project to be another of the several Cordoba’s icons. It is located in the most important and traditional urban milestone of Córdoba City: La Cañada.
The tower is silhouetted on the most attractive part of the stonewall monument. On the block that gives us many contrasts and breezes from nature, rays of sunlight can be appreciated sweeping down over the Tipa trees ( Tipuana tipu), enjoying the oxygen that nourishes each step during their beautiful journey.
Keeping in mind that the course of water of the historic creek is in direct relationship with the front of the building, undulating balconies were proposed acting like mirrors of the surrounding.
This building, of one or two bedroom apartments, with faultless finish and quality, ample illumination, organic and minimalistic design, together with its materials and colors, establishes this project as a pioneer and innovator project in Cordoba City.
