The building offers a layered landscape and flowing water, creating depth and perspective. These stepped landscapes and gardened levels, encourage natural ventilation, and allow for varied views, much like the way mountains recede into the distance in a Shan Shui.
This 6-storey commercial building reimagines vertical space through the lens of social architecture by creating not just a structure, but an experience. From the ground floor, a central public staircase invites people upward, encouraging movement and curiosity. This creates a vertical promenade that blurs the boundary between street and structure.
At the third floor level, an elevated urban garden becomes the heart of the building where people can gather, pause, and connect. Each level is thoughtfully layered to foster community, natural ventilation, and visual openness — showing how architecture can be both functional and human-centered.
