The building is composed of clearly articulated volumes, where a solid and grounded base supports a lighter upper level, creating a strong yet refined architectural identity. The upper volume, clad in dark metal panels with vertical joints, appears suspended above the ground floor, emphasizing horizontality and visual lightness.
The façade is characterized by carefully proportioned openings that generate a dynamic interplay between solid and void, while ensuring controlled natural light and visual privacy. At ground level, light-colored plastered surfaces are combined with warm wooden elements, establishing a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape and reinforcing continuity between interior and exterior spaces. Slender, inclined steel columns contribute both structurally and aesthetically, adding rhythm and depth to the elevation.
Interior spaces reflect the same design approach, focused on comfort, simplicity, and spatial quality. Circulation areas are bright and fluid, enhanced by indirect lighting and the use of tactile materials such as vertical wooden slats and translucent panels. Common areas are conceived as welcoming and informal environments, encouraging social interaction and relaxation.
Private rooms are designed to ensure functionality and well-being, featuring integrated furniture, soft lighting, and a restrained color palette inspired by natural tones. Every space is carefully proportioned to balance efficiency and comfort.
