2014.09 Completion.
It is a housing project of Ibaraki Prefecture (Mito City).
Mother lived in the parents' house alone.
I rebuilt the parents' house and planned a duplex house to live in with a son household.
The first floor is a pro-household.
The second floor is a child household.
It is a mold release duplex house for perfection.
This house is a 2-story house for the law, but it is in the 3-story space by using space less than ceiling 1.4m in height.
The pro-household suggests a living with the presence of mind alone.
And the child household suggests the living that can grow up although small children are a pleasure.
Like a house of Katsushika, I do not use the door as much as possible (there is not one pro-household, too) and, only by three-dimensional constitution and plane constitution, realize public and privacy.
There is an excellent cherry tree in the garden of the south side. There is the big window which can look at this tree.
This window plays a role to collect this complicated space all together.
