The 5-star Hyatt Regency hotel forms a key part of the wider mixed-use development, known as the International Congress Centre, which also includes a boutique shopping mall.
The 17-storey building was designed in full compliance with Hyatt’s brand standards. Alongside its guest rooms, it features serviced apartments on the upper floors, a large 5-star spa with a 20-metre swimming pool, a congress centre, three restaurants, four bars and several roof gardens.
Its sustainable design incorporates advanced solar-control systems integrated with photovoltaics, green roofs and living walls, solar tubes bringing daylight into basement back-of-house areas, and state-of-the-art engineering systems.
