Headquartered at Waterway Plaza One in The Woodlands, Texas, Huntsman Corporation anticipates a future growth of approximately 800 additional employees to their current staff. Our firm was tasked with renovating the entire 20,000 square foot first floor space in the building to accommodate this growth, which included new lobby and elevator bank finishes, the receptionist area, a conference center, an employee cafe and an employee lounge. The design concept was based on creating a strong presence in the building to represent Huntsman’s brand of ‘enriching lives through innovation’. The progressive updates are consistent with the client’s image; light, bright, open and modern. Employee amenities were enhanced to attract and retain talented employees. The design was drawn in 3D using advanced software to give the client the ability to walk through and tour the space prior to finalizing the overall design concept.
