"Huambo" Tower
Huambo Tower: during the projection of this building, a particular attention was paid to the differentiation of two functions, i.e. 4 star hotel and apartments. The facade of the building demonstrates its functional separation. An exalted hall with auxiliary premises, a beauty salon, a hairdressing salon and a massage salon will be equipped on the first floor of the building. 2-5 floors will be occupied by the 4 star hotel. The six floors will host a restaurant and a mobile conference hall. 8-16 floors will be equipped with luxurious apartments. Each floor will have from 4 to 2 apartments. A café and an observation ground will be situated on the roof.
