The main rest house structure is one to be showcased and should be central in the whole complex. It must be visible enough from the street that it attracts attention and creates curiosity as any museum would. The catch is that the other structures should remain secure since these would be private residences. By using the rest house structure itself as a physical barrier from the public, the privacy of the whole complex especially that of the open common areas and the individual homes is kept.
Despite placing the main structure in front, the layout of the master plan maintained the central location of the rest house. This gives easy access from each home as well as for visitors from outside the complex.
