Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital renovated approximately 32,101 s.f. of space in an existing in-patient psychiatric hospital facility to accommodate 75 in-patient beds (35 semi-private rooms and 5 private patient rooms), 4 treatment rooms, 4 seclusion rooms, Day Rooms, Therapy Rooms (for noisy and quiet activities, consult, administrative offices, conference area, storage rooms, and other support spaces. The demographics being served will be adolescents, children, and geriatrics.

The different demographic populations are separated by the (4) wings of the buildings and hence no interaction will occur between the different patient population.
