Housing SG is a two-story residential building consisting of six units, including four apartments and two duplexes.
The geometry of the plot on which the building stands played a crucial role in choosing the architectural typology, characterized by a linear design enriched with symmetrical elements, play of light, and volumes. The large cornice that conceals the roof takes center stage on all facades.
The central staircase area distributes the four apartments, while the end units are independent, with separate pedestrian entrances, and are developed as duplexes. All ground-floor units and duplexes prioritize views of private gardens.
The basement is used as a garage.
