Comment réaliser un ensemble de 44 logements sur un vaste terrain au cœur d’un tissu pavillonnaire très fort ? Quelle est la juste échelle, celle qui n’investit pas le site, mais accompagne l’urbanisme et la densification nécessaire ?

Le projet répond à cette question en s’élaborant autour d’un travail sur la cellule. Il s’agit de trouver un dispositif qui soit suffisamment répétitif, tramé pour pouvoir ensuite le combiner à volonté. Les caractéristiques du logement, nombre de chambres, présence de la terrasse, ne sont ensuite qu’un prétexte à la fragmentation de l’ensemble. Dans une stratégie combinatoire, l'épannelage varié de la construction devient support d'usage.

Ce programme est un projet pilote de l'ADEME, situé entre le BBC et le passif. L'ensemble des éléments mis en place, dont une chaufferie bois, nous permettent d'atteindre une consommation énergétique de 20 kWhep/m²/an
