Our
project -"Housing in modern cityrising
environment" is an attampt of showing a method of how
can be solved a problem, which is given in title, in context of bioclimatic
peculiarities of the specific location, including the social-economic and
psycho-emotional factors.
We chose a gorge of river "vere" as a location for our
project (from ''Heroes'' square to
almost former hippodrome territory - also known as vake-saburtalo connecting
main )
Creation of the main has caused already destructive territories of Zoo
and "Mziuri" to get under the reservation of an urbanized stress,
also partly disappearance of river-bed under collectors. On the basis of
bioclimatic disbalance appeared ecological problem. We intend to solve these
problems by rehabilitation of gorge of river "vere", by creating new
sustainable enviroment, new living structures and systems.
Deplorable, the fact
which is going on today on the earth.
Increased Facts of natural cataclysms can assign humanity to the extinction. Earthquakes, Floods, Tornado,
Tsunami etc. it is continuous
destructive forces of nature caused because of negation of the nature. It is
time to take care of their senses. It's the fact that our existence on the
earth depends on nature.
Let's respect the
green cover.
The recent events in
Georgia shows what can cause the uncontrolled cutting trees down. (In the first
stage of flooding, and the last stage of desertification).
This is what
happened to the gorge of river "vere" in 2009. About 700 trees were cut.
Did you know that
tree keeps water in his body, and during the season the root evaporate about
200 liters of water, and cutting it down provoke the violation of circulation
of the water balance, the massive wood - cutting down may cause landslides and
floods, in general, global cataclysms.
Therefore, our
project aims to rehabilitate this area and the harmony of nature, with regard
to developing housing system – structure.
The same problem
had the city of South Korea, Cheonggyecheon, where the gorge of river were
roofed with highway overpass. And the rehabilitation of this area consisted in
creating multilevel coastal system, recreation zone, which is 8.5 km in length.
