Ibiza – Find synergy between Nature and
Architecture.
A detached bright original and designed house hidden
in a grove, setting on a promenade overlooking the Mediterranean
sea is the perfect place to retire to from the city life.
This villa, as a real “invitation to the voyage”
offering an unlimited view of the skyline, is a haven of peace and
tranquillity.
The modern sculpture in the landscaped garden –
naturally guides the way to the attached annexe set in these idyllic
surroundings – that provides a perfect space to relax in the spa or gather with
friends.
Not far from the external
aspect, the interior clear and uncluttered let appears trendy furniture – a
part designed by ASAA – the other part belonging from the classical design.
This “home blending” mixed with natural materials like wooden parquet allows
the resident to feel completely integrated in the nature. The house is a
membrane which is completely opened to the outside, to the sea and Nature.
Moreover,
respecting the LEED Environmental Quality (platinum level), the house includes for
example vegetal roofing (to create natural retention for raining water and
better isolation) or swimming pool with the Biotop system[1].

wall separates the swimming area from the regeneration zone, where impurities
