The housing estate is located at Szczęść Boże street in north-western part of Ruda Śląska, at the Ruda district. It is neighbouring directly with Biskupice district of Zabrze city.The estate consist of four three-storeys buildings – including three freestanding buildings, and one with retail unit, supplementing the corner of existing frontage housing at Szczęść Boże street.The corner house, by positioning the extension of the axis of the road leading from the Biskupice, flanks the entrance to the Ruda and directing at the estate at the same time. The other three buildings, freestanding, positioned more freely, are creating new urban interiors.The estate is situated on a natural hill, therefore the higher floors of buildings offers a beautiful view of the extensive grounds of Biskupice.Access to the estate is on the north-western side, through an internal road serving the adjacent one-storey social buildings at the same time. Car parking spaces are located on the terrain of the estate. In addition, in the basements of residential buildings are single garage for residents located.The development consists of 51 flats and one retail unit, located at the ground floor of the corner house at the Szczęść Boże street. One- and two bedroom flats of medium standard, range from 49 to 65 sq m. Most apartments have a balcony or loggia.Character of the designed housing estate is consistent with the surrounding buildings typical of Silesia, by similar proportion, the height of cornices, shed roofs and brick façade colour.At the same time, a contemporary architectural expression is achieved by using the original cladding panels, with colour accents emphasizing the free arrangement of windows and balconies.
