Housing development is located in residential area of Zadar 400 meters from the seaside. Four story buildings have three apartments each with garage space on the ground level. Each apartment has two bedrooms and two spacious terraces. The interior living space extends to the outdoor terrace and enables interaction with the outside garden.
Contemporary concept combines mediterranean style and the use of traditional materials. Simplistic design features playful wooden shutters providing sun shading and intimacy.
