The property is on an extremely steep slope with stunning views to the surrounding hills and pine forests.
The precise positioning of the four buildings allows best possible views, lightning and use of sunlight, as well as a maximum of privacy.
The houses present rather closed East, North and West facades but open up with their spacious balconies and terraces to the South.
Due to the slope the entrance of each of the four buildings is reached via the basement. Here the technical room and storage rooms are situated as well as additional rooms which catch sunlight from large windows down the slope and can be used as a separate apartment.
The ground floor is used as the living area, the upper floor consist of the sleeping area. Furthermore the top floor contains an additional studio. All the floors are connected by an elevator.
