We present the construction of a single-family home located in Wołczkowo, near Szczecin. The building was constructed using brick technology, with a facade of cut clinker bricks combined with graphite seam sheet metal.
The minimalist "shell" form connects the roof and upper floor into a cohesive form, further enhanced by graphite aluminum joinery and large glazing providing natural light.
The front fence, made of clinker bricks and vertical graphite steel panels, extends the building's facade, creating a single, cohesive whole.
