The initial object is a relatively small building from the 1950s. Its basement, parts of the ground floor as well as the ceiling above the ground floor was preserved.
From the garden level, one enters the newly built extension on the north side passing a porch then reaching the stairs to the basement as well as the ground floor. Furthermore, the basement contains a sauna and a small bathroom, the ground floor contains a toilet and the wardrobe. The roof is used as a terrace. On the west side, a new timber construction was attached to the existing building. As a result, the kitchen/living room got more spacious and opens itself with its many windows to the surroundings. The upper floor was also extended, creating a third bedroom as well as an additional toilet and bathroom.
Parts of the roof of the extension facing west were built as a flat-roof. As a result, a second terrace with a spectacular view as well as a large gable window on crossover point to the pitched roof, which brings natural daylight into the corridor and staircase, formed. The height of the pitched roof allowed an additional gallery level for the two bedrooms facing east.
