This project was done during my Architecture Internship at PLAE – Paulino e Liliana Arquitectura e Engenharia,LDA.
The client wanted to build 2 homes, one for them, a Young Couple, and another one for her parents, the Elder Couple.
in the process, after studying the project site and the client’s wishes, I came up with the design of two homes, side by side, linked together but with total privacy, sharing only the Garage.
In the process I showed them that the house of the Elder couple should only take part of the Ground Floor and their home should be divided in two parts, the Kitchen and dinner area in the ground floor and the Living and room quarters on the First Floor.
The project is Licensed and its scheduled to start its construction in 2015 beginnings.
