HOUSE PK
This house was designed with a typical program of permanent family housing for a corner land within a closed neighborhood on the outskirts of the city of Santa Fe. Living in these suburban conditions means recovering what the city has taken away from the individual house: that frank and relaxed way of connecting domestic life with outdoor spaces.
As for organization, one volume rests on another generating continuous places of use, responding to the idea of the suburban house as a way of inhabiting transitions.
The guidelines and limits defined the implementation within the field to optimize bioclimatic efficiency and the use of visuals and open spaces. The internal organization also responds to this strategy: a line of services such as back and a sequence of spaces of permanence with the best conditions. Both floors are organized in the same way, connected at a central point where the staircase is located. In a future stage, the pool will complete the occupation of the whole on the plot.
