Private residence of four rooms ordered by the couple in substitution of the apartment in which they lived. Facing north the house has on the first floor a beautiful leisure area with swimming pool and gourmet balcony that at the request of the couple could not have pillars disturbing the circulation. Internally kitchen and living room integrate without divisions, the staircase located as much as possible to the back of the house increases the size of the room. In the back is located the service area a bathroom and a kennel covered by a glass ceiling.
On the second floor the four bedrooms (suites) are placed in hierarchy of size, privileging the size of the two front rooms over small rooms in the background with a Canadian bathroom serving them. The attic placed as a useful living environment of the house is contemplated with a large area generated thanks to the simple roof of two waters and two mansards that make a cross ventilation and where in the front picket comes an external balcony with a beautiful view of the landscape of the neighborhood.
