A house built on a hillside, around an existung tulip tree. The Client´s desire to live in a park-like vacinity, lead to the idea of creating a single story pavillion like living area on the ground level. Three bedrooms and other facilities were hence placed underground , with a window front reaching over the steep downhill side of the plot, and providing a terrasse for the ground floor with panomramic view. The bend fold in the south facade is caused by root protection circle of the tulip tree of 6 m radius.
