This house is in an area liable to flooding, so it is elevated high enough to protect it. Then the construction is designed like a nest, "in the trees" so all the rooms face the garden, the trees and the canal.
A built-in linear plywood furniture system traverses the entire house, and features a stacking system for books or storage, an element designed to keep the interior as open ans bare as possible.
Asymmetric form is due to the needs of space and volume. And a glass walled green house intergrated to the main volume allows to oversize main rooms.
