There is neighboring building on the south-eastern side and the lighting property is bad,
and also for securing the privacy of residents, secured daylighting at the high side.
On the west side with a good view, facing the road on which people go and go,
the inner terrace is provided on both 1F and 2F, it becomes in-out space between outside and residential space.
The inner terrace of 1F is for approach to the interior space, 2F is for the layer of securing privacy providing
good view of green and controlling sunlight with sliding louvers on over 3m wide open window.
